Clinique kost het dubbele van Rimmel. Dat is toch wel een enorm verschil. € 21,- is aardig prijzig voor een foundation. € 10,95 vind ik overigens een goede prijs voor een foundation. Als die goed werkt natuurlijk. Rimmel krijgt hiervoor 4 punten en Clinique krijgt voor zijn prijs 2 punten.

Beide dezelfde inhoud. Natuurlijk had er van mij meer in mogen zitten. Helemaal in de Clinique als je nagaat dat die € 21,- kost! Maar de inhoud is hetzelfde en daar krijgen ze allebei 3 punten voor.
Verpakking
Rimmel London Stay Matte: Het product zit in een hele platte tube. Op de verpakking zie je duidelijk het werk en welke foundation het is. Het product ziet er niet duur, maar ook niet goedkoop uit. Gewoon prima!
Clinique Superfit Makeup: Je ziet aan het flesje wel dat het een duurder merk is. Er zit een zilveren dop op en verder is het potje beige. Er staat ook groot Clinique op en dat staat gewoon chique, helemaal door de witte letters.
Rimmel London krijgt 3 punten en Clinique krijgt om zijn chique uitstraling 5 punten!
Het product
Rimmel London Stay Matte: De substantie van de foundation is een beetje dikker dan ik gewend ben. Wel smeert het gemakkelijk uit en je ziet het amper op je huid.
Clinique Superfit Makeup: Deze substantie is veel wateriger dan de Rimmel. Dit brengt makkelijker aan dan Rimmel vind ik persoonlijk. Deze foundation trekt ook sneller in de huid dan Rimmel.
De punten gaan naar Clinique. Deze smeert makkelijker uit en trekt sneller in. Toch is het verschil niet heel groot tussen de foundations. Clinique krijgt 4 punten en Rimmel 3 punten.
Geur
Rimmel London Stay Matte: Er zit een beetje een chemische geur aan. Niet echt lekker. Gelukkig verdwijnt de geur redelijk snel.
Clinique Superfit Makeup: Hieraan zit geen geur wat ik erg prettig vind.
Clinique krijgt hiervoor 3 punten en Rimmel 1 punt.
Werking
Rimmel London Stay Matte: Dekt heel erg mooi en je ziet bijna niet dat je het op hebt. En dat moet ook! Ik wil geen plamuur laag op mijn gezicht hebben. Dit is en voelt onnatuurlijk. Mijn huid is redelijk egaal.
Clinique Superfit Makeup: Maakt mijn huid heel mooi egaal. Dekt ontzettend goed en ik hoef bijna geen concealer meer te gebruiken. Ook deze zie je bijna niet zitten op je gezicht.
Ik kan niet zeggen dat de ene beter is dan de andere dus beide krijgen ze 4 punten.

Zoals uit mijn test blijkt, wil het niet zo zijn dat een duurder product ook beter is. Vaak is de uitstraling van het product wel beter dan een goedkoop product. De werking en resultaat van beide producten zijn hetzelfde. Ik vind de uitslag wel erg leuk en verrassend! Want vaak grijp ik toch naar mijn Clinique in plaats van mijn Rimmel. Puur omdat ik weet dat die duurder is. Voortaan dus toch vaker mijn Rimmel pakken!
